Windows 7 sounds/ windowblinds

Hi i wanted to know if its possible to add sounds to the 4 state buttons minimize, maximize, restore, and close ?
And is it possible to add these sounds directly to a windowblinds in Skinstudio?
I was looking for a tutorial on this but i didnt find one.

I tried changing the main system sounds under windows 7, but i cant find restore and close sounds under system prefences sounds.
I know windows Xp had them. 
Would be cool if someone could help

Sound Packager will change them but also changes everything else.I havent heard any windows sounds in year !

But it should be possible somehow i remember it was back in 95 days i think the windows plus made it possible back then.
I found the min and max under windows soundschemes but i just cannot find close.
Soundpackager would be an option but i think not everyone is using it.
