I was a bit bored on work so i made this. While waiting for lunch break. Now gimme your lunch package or you will be terminated...
Yeah but can he dance?
I think that the robot dance would be hard for him since he does not have joints... But he can lift his arm LOLBut doing so will strech everything else.Just wanted to show what i do on work when i get hungry and im bored...Sadly my Pc isnt good enough to render this or animate it, it always runs out of memory at like 6 million poly´s.Its like starting up Fred Flinstones PC when i get home compared to what i have on work. But current hardware prices are over the top, and im looking forward to renew my OD subscription first. Now thinking about this it could be used as toy...Some kind of action figure that gets filled with gasoline and if you press a button on the arm it would fry your face Mhh... I need money lol
Me too. Who out there has enough power in their PC to do it?
true - its easy with a new computer and you ´need a lot of memory and it must be fast.I do use zbrush a lot of time when iam at home, but all the software costs money aswell... And i think thats some thing the companys dont think about.A product like photoshop for example is powerfull no questions and i bet its worth every penny. Zbrush is the same it is pretty powerfull in function but the price is heavy and if you think about the hardware you need to actually make some quality stuff the price simply doesnt fit.I do hope that the hardware prices will drop a bit down so i can get myself one of those I7´s that will hold for about 3 years from now.
You can go to cnet.com and download blender. Its a pretty powerful 3D rendering program and its free. Takes a bit of getting used to because the GUI isn't standard. Also I have two 3D programs, K-3D and Truespace. Both are pretty good although Truespace is no longer supported to the best of my knowledge. That may have changed since then but I won't swear to it. You are welcome to them if you think they'll be of help to you.
Thank you Uvah sorry i didnt reply sooner but i took your advice and tested blender a tiny bit but sadly i have not much time to work with it so much to do currently and im totally exhausted from work when i come home that i simply have no more will left in me to actually do anything with computers.I think i need to get myself some days off. When someone is talking about X Y and Z axis i wish i would be mole so i could go and hide in some dark hole My current work project is a nightmare i have done a misstake very early and i didnt notice it... And now i have a huge polygon gap that isnt easy to fix.Hard to explain actually...
Take your time Roloccolor. If need be take a step back, close your eyes for ten seconds and say this three times fast....Stop the world i wanna get off! lol
Take care of what you need to. Blender and all else will still be there when you're ready.
