Destiny's Ember Toons are gone, City's chaning names again. [1.1]

I'm assuming because the folders where wiped they were wiped out to.  sooo... what is your suggested fix? Reinstall DE?

Also the City heading bug is back in effect, where the city's change name and turn in blah for a name as seen below... video card is updated.

ya I see that issue on occasion and have reported it through out the beta phase of 1.1. Easy fix is go to the city info screen click the rename button and leave the name as is(or change it if you want). hit accept or ok or w.e button there is and poof its fixed. Its a workaround til they decide to get around to fixing it.
