Want to change position of user accounts display

When the logon screen comes on the user account selection boxes appear in the center of the screen. This obscures the main image. How do I change the location of the load and user scelection images like is shown on a lot of the previews?

Which operating system are you using? I know in windows 7 if you have a password set, then the user account picture is much larger. The picture is smaller if you do not have a password set.

 

Also, there's the option of hacking the logon files.
