Apparently I get the UI city issues not much else.
So as you can see below, my city is not showing as mine in the HUD. I still have control and the can build but the HUD says otherwise. 1st shot was after a reload of the game were it changed to another AI city name 2nd shot is before the reload. You can see that my zone of control is red and the HUD is blue then green on the reload.
