Persistent Corpses ... when a soldier dies (whether solo or part of a squad) his body should lie on the ground where he died and stay there.
Lets say there is a company of 12 dudes. 4 of them die on tile X, and their bodies stay there, another 3 die on tile X++, and stay there.
Then the remaining 5 die on tile Y.
Enemy mage casts "animate dead" on tile Y, getting a unit of 5 basic zombie soldiers.
Enemy mage casts "T-virus anomaly" on the zombies to turn them into Super-Zombies.
Friendly mage casts "turn undead" ... and it suceeds, Super-Zombies morale plummets.
Friendly mage casts "Smite Evil" ... and the HP of each of the Super-Zombies is reduced by half.
Enemy mage casts "protect friend" ... Super Zombies are now protected from magic
Enemy mage casts "Time Warp" on Super Zombies ... their movements have increased!
Super Zombies attack a unit of enemy soldiers, those that die join the SuperZombies unit. Those that live are close to death and begin fleeing in horror.
Friendly mage casts "Dispel" on SuperZombies ... it succeeds!
Friendly mage casts "Banishment" on SuperZombies ... they are sucked into a vortex and die.
