Window mode and set the resolution to the size of your screen? Or do the borders annoy you?

I dont get a borderless maximized window, I get a window with a border, regardless of resolution. If I set the resolution to Custom it gives me a maximized borderless window, but its not resizable and its always opened in my main monitor into its resolution. I want it 1680*1050 maximized borderless in the 2nd screen, not the 1920*1200 on the main

Well the Custom thing would work if I could get the game to remember the previous monitor it was opened on, or have some way of specifying which monitor to open on.

If you use the native resolution of the monitor it should avoid any mouse pointer alignment issue.
