the video drivers on my machine support 800 x 600 as the lowest screen resolution
this is kind of nice - if you need safe-mode, it is better than 640 x 480 
but, the 640 x 480 skins are "stretched" out to 800 x 600
the vidstub.sys driver seems to only allow 640 x 480 skins
has anyone else had this experience ?
if so, have you found a way to use 800 x 600 skins ?
