No, but I am getting mini-dumps 40% 60% of the time in single-player games.
Edit: I started two more games and both mini-dumped on me about an hour in. I hope this gets some attention, it's rather aggravating.

Fixed it for me. Game kept going over 2GB usage, didn't like it. Changed Exe to support upto 4GB, works brilliantly over 2GB usage.
OT: I was just in a game that desynced badly. I was losing worlds and caps left right and center apparently, but I hadn't lost a single thing. There was even the case of my human ally colonizing a planet of mine 
GG Stardock haha. Hopefully this will all be fixed in a day or two.
