Unable to upload avatar

I wanted to change my exisiting avatar, so I went to my CP, deleted my old avatar picture...but was unable to upload a new one.  The "upload" button just doesn't work.  I tried it in both IE and Firefox with no luck.

Any ideas?

Downgrade to flash 9 or use a pc with flash 9. The forums are bugged with 10, been that way for a while and probably will stay that way for a while.

I've tried that but when loading up 9 I got an error that I wasn't using a high enough version of flash player when returning to the forums

 

Guess I'll be waiting for the web developer to fix the site

You must be using a very old release of 9 (I found several in my searching and was unable to identify the "current" one-good thing I found the original installer).  I never updated to 10 and the forums work fine for me, and they do no complaining whatsoever.

Then again, I'm still on XP-are you by chance on Vista?

I downloaded an archive pack which went up to r159 and the uninstaller, followed included directions

 

Oh, and vista

 

Edit: I'm a dumbass, only ran the activeX installer and not the plug in

 

works fine
