Possibly an Impulse issue, but it occured after updating Fences to the current (as of now) version.
Picked up the Fences update, and after downloading, Impulse prompts to reboot indicating it's necessary in order to complete the installation of the Fences update. I opt to 'restart now', and as impulse was closing and just before logoff, received an error. Event Viewer indicates mscorsvw, a component of .NET failed to initiatlize. AFAIK, Impulse was the only .NET app I had running at the time.
Just an FYI. Perhaps introduce some delay before restarting such that whatever it is that is trying to initialize can do so.
