First I must say I love fences and everything was working great until about 2 weeks ago when I crashed my system, I reformatted and was in a bit of a panic until I reinstalled fences and therefore reinstalled a bit of order to my (computer) life! There were a few Desktopdock.dll errors but I just worked around/with them.
Deciding to be proactive I reformatted again with a much slimmed down N-lite version of XP and proudly slipstreamed SP3 into my customized installation, But then the errors started and they all said desktopdock.dll but I did not want to give up my fences-- so after uninstalling a few other shell related add-ons that I want back, I did a bit of searching, and decided to try deleting the "extra" (ones with 64 in the name) DLLs in the name, and so far have NOT received any Windows Explorer errors... I had been receiving them on every reboot, and rebooted a few (extra) times to try to test it-- with perfect results.
If the fix is this simple, and not some other great coincidence, I'll be thrilled...
