Windows Blinds 4.6

Can we still get Windows Blinds 4.6 for older computers? I keep searching for it but can't find it anywhere.

Well, I know for a fact that Windows Blinds 5 and 5.5 worked for Windows 2000 and 2003, if that helps anything at all.
