[bug][0.77] Sweep performance problem

After the game/hero progresses for a while, sweep starts misbehaving - after the animation there is a very long ( 30+ second ) delay before the damage is applied

This is still happening in .86, you can use the fast play button to make the wait go faster but sweep is still misbehaving.

I think this is a problem with mounted heros.  It is not just sweap.  Most of the special moves when mounted take more than 30 seconds.   Defend is another that has the same issue.

There are also a lot of graphical issues when mounted.  Try casting grow on one of your mounted heros.

After playing with it more it seems to only be with heros mounted on wargs, not those on horses.
