Who's in charge of Birthdays!

Have to say I was kinda disappointed when all I got in the way of Birthday wishes was automated emails. So I figure maybe I'll have to start tracking members Birthdays around here unless there's a responsible party who's been slacking off.

Many happy returns on this,the day of your passage thru and out of the birth canal.
I sincerely hope that, on this day, we celebrate the ANNIVERSARY of said passage and not another full passage through and out.
