How to get old StartMenu back on Object Dock

I'm running Vista (32) and ObjectDock 1.90 Plus. I hate the new Start Menu (the one that looks like the Vista Start Menu -- sorry StarDock devs!!!). How can I get the old style Object Dock Start Menu back? The one that is just a simple list, that goes as wide as the widest item, so I can easily see everything at once? Is this possible?

I apologize if this is documented somewhere or has already been answered here. If there's another post, a link would suffice.

Thanks a lot!
Jay

This probably isn't exactly what you want... It won't combine "All Users" and your users shortcuts & folders.

Add new shortcut.

link to C:\Users\*your account name*\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

select "show folder in a menu"

Just FYI, it doesn't *look* like the vista start menu. It *is* the Vista Start Menu

Cool. Thanks. It's nice to be able to make folders display as menus. Didn't know you could do that.

Is there an option or setting, though, in ObjectDock to use the old ObjectDock Start Menu method? You'd think the devs would've kept that as an option for those who don't like the new method.

Thanks,
Jay

There is currently no Docklet that will allow for this. Sorry.

The start menu docklet just does exactly that. It accesses the start menu. However there might be a docklet or a dev that could make something like this. Put out a request or do a small amount of searching.
