how do i install themes?

i cant figure out how to install themes or the little docklets
like the show desktop one
i download them from wincustomize and then i dont know what todo

What do you mean it didn't work?

We can't really help you until you say what exactly you're trying to do. IE: what you downloaded and a link to the download. Need to know what kind of skin it is in order to have the right program installed, etc. In which case both the links I provided should help with that.

Extract the files to the ObjectDock/Backgrounds folder. Then from the "Configure Dock" selection for the "Tabs and Styles" click on the "Style" drop down list and select "Grid". For the non-tabbed Dock click on Appearance and then the "Background" drop down list and select "Grid".
