GAMEPLAY: Halcyon Carrier - Shield Blessing Autocast
Is it possible to program Halcyons to autocast Shield Blessing ONLY after the the currently active Shield Blessing has expired? Quality of life!
The progenitors do this perfectly with Shield Regeneration but the Halcyons don't with Shield Blessing and it is costly in antimatter, strikecraft and micromanagement...

BALANCE: Advent Strikecraft Shields
Is it fair to give Advent Strikecraft some basic Shields? Like 25 to Fighters and 40 to Bombers.
Right now, I believe this is the main balance case about the Advent.
Early Faction Restrictions:
- no high pierce missiles
- no early point defence
- low/no armor
- no high pierce early
- weak corvettes
Early Factions Advantages:
- cheap, fast, long range frigates (disciples and tempest)
- shields (secondary shield generator, guardians and progenitor)
- antimatter (acolytes)
- and strikecraft early (from capital ships and carriers)
The current feeling I have from trying to play with Advent is that although missiles are a struggle, especially phase missiles, every restriction and advantage is fine and balanced except for the Strikecraft...
The general feeling I get from Advent Carriers is:
- they are somewhat inconsequential in a fight. I can't notice much difference from them unless I get like 20 of them and that is 400 fleet supply.
- Sometimes I even find loads of strikecraft docked for hours inside capital ships because, for some reason, they didn't undock after phase jumping and I just forget them for how inconsequential they are.
- for an inconsequential unit it is too much supply cost (20 fleet supply) and too resource costly
- even with 20 carriers they can't help turning a loosing fight because the squadrons just don't have enough health, die too fast and replenish too slowly. It's not uncommon to find loads of Aerea Drone Hosts empty in the corner of the gravity well.
The last point I believe is the main issue, Advent Strikecraft should get basic shields and shield burst. TEC Strikecraft get armor, Vasari Strikecraft get armor and shields, Advent Strikecraft get numbers (which don't matter if they die faster than replenishment).
