In your case, go here:
https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4/group/14
and click the last choice, "Ask a question".
That should open a form to fill out. Include all details, and the url of this thread. You'll get an answer to it in the email linked to your account. Record your ticket number as you might need it in the future. If you don't see it within 48 hrs., check the spam/junk folder.
Don't write again until you get an actual email from a Support person as that will only kick your ticket to the end of the queue.
