Blank Page Icon on Taskbar after uninstalling MS Teams

Cannot remove Blank Page Icon

After uninstalling MS Teams, I have a blank page Icon on the Taskbar.  I cannot remove it.  There is no unpin option.

  1. If I disable the Start11 taskbar, the Icon disappears.
  2. Restarted Internet Explorer
  3. Uninstalled Start11, Cleared the IconCache*.DB, Reinstalled Start11
  4. Taskbar items in User Pinned folder are showing properly
  5. ImplicitAppShortcuts folder is empty

Windows 11 Pro v23h2 - Build 22631.3085

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know when you first pinned MS Teams onto your taskbar. How did you do it?
