I have been a long time user of Start menu and just last week purchased V2 with 5 installs. The email address I used for my order was different to my normal account email address. I received the download link and key, installed the upgrade on my PC and it is working OK. My problem is that my purchase does not show up in accounts (I am typing this on my laptop and can access my account on it). On my PC I tried to login, the procedure says an email verification will be sent to my email address, this has not happened. I started a ticket which two days later has solved nothing but automated replies. I called the home office, again, nothing, just a list of links to go to online, a complete waste of time. If I try to login I get the same message, email verification sent, which never arrives. I am hoping that someone her on the forum can help because I am frustrated with the so called online support offered. All the above information was given to the online support ticket and again as of this evenin no help at all.
