Pin specific apps. / programs to specific taskbar?

Start11 Capability?

I'm using another piece of software called Displayfusion that lets me pin different apps. / programs on each monitors' taskbar.

On my primary monitor, I have my web browser pinned to its taskbar. My second monitor has Mozilla Thunderbird pinned to its taskbar.

Can Start11 do this too?
