Unfortunately, Object Dock doesn't work with W11 nor W10.

System Requirements

Windows 8 / 7

If you need a dock, Winstep Nexus has a free, skinnable version here:

https://www.winstep.net/nexus.asp

There is also an Ultimate (paid) version with far more capabilities.

I'm not sure when Object Dock will be updated to run on W11.

Thanks for the reply, I actually tried winstep today - and I cant seem to drag&drop any shortcut at all?

Am I doing something wrong?

Drag and drop doesn't work in Nexus nor Winstep Exreme. You have to right click on the Nexus icon in the dock and choose add dock item...right clicking gives you a menu of settings.

I use Winstep Extreme in addition to Stardock software. They work together without problems, but I believe Winstep Exreme docks differ from Nexus docks.

Try right clicking and use the menu.

It works very well on Windows 11, also worked when I had Windows 10. No problems at all.

There is no need to hijack this thread with incorrect information. The OP has one known issue and there are more when running ObjectDock under Windows 10 & 11 although it may work to some extent for some users depending on their use.

Well, I for one can place calculator in my Objectdock, so its not hijacking. Since you are not able to provide assistans maybe I can help him. He just bought it and this community could bring some help, even if Stardock staff only answer with ignorant "Not supported".

And as you can see I also have Whatsapp. Some apps might need an extra step to get the icon, but overall it works just fine in Windows 11 enviroment.
