That isn't really a LogonStudio problem, it's caused by people putting their logonxp files in a zip. The site renames the zip to logonxp, and when you try to load it, the program does exactly what it's supposed to do. It unzips the files into a folder of the same name. The real logonxp file is in that folder, waiting to be double-clicked or imported.
