Hi. Thank you for the reply. Sorry for not being explicit, I assumed the issue was known since it's the same as:
https://forums.stardock.com/503707/page/1/#3799635 TLDR; In KVM mode, the mouse moves slowly and erratically (from the corner out and back to the corner quickly or slowly) on the screen of the remote and never lines up to where the mouse is in the software client.
This thread is also explaining the same issues:
https://forums.stardock.com/503498/355-cannot-unlock-secondary-computers This image another user provided illustrates the issue:
https://imgur.com/jD0uwmn The point of this thread was not so much to ask for help with the issue, it was to ask for a download location to the previous build which did not have this issue.
Thanks!
Unfortunately in testing here we cannot reproduce this issue so far which is very frustrating. It looks like a dpi scaling mismatch (is your primary set to use anything other than 100%?) and we did make a change to how mouse input is scaled.
Some of those issues are unrelated as the unable to unlock one relates to no keyboard input.
Have you uninstalled the software, REBOOTED (critical) and then reinstalled on the primary? Did this help as one possible explanation is not all the Multiplicity files have been replaced correctly.
I will poke someone to provide you a link to the older version for now so you can continue to work, but if you are able to do the above it would be most helpful, or any more information on your setup (dpi scaling settings etc) so we can attempt to reproduce internally.
