Too Many Activations

Reloading my Main Computer

I have numerous PCs.  Desktop is my main one and I just formatted it and reinstalling everything (something I do each 6 months).

Fences was telling me there is a problem and it cannot activate again.

Can someone deactivate ALL installations of this from previous installs?
