While playing as the Iconian Refuge I have an issue where I can create multiple Colony Unique buildings on 1.02. Their racial building "Molecular Fabricator" is eventually able to be upgraded to the "Industrial Replicator." But, when I upgrade to the Industrial Replicator, I can then build another Molecular Fabricator that can't be upgraded. I'm guessing this is a bug, and not by design?
