Game crashes constantly

late-game crashes

This occurs late game frequently, I do mean frequently, every time it seems i need to save before attempting to delete buildings on a late game planet, I'm talking like fully terraformed planet, after achieving max tech research buildings are kind of useless when you have every tech in the game. So I am replacing them with factories farms or markets, however everytime i delete more then 2-3 on a single planet the game crashes
