When trying to look at the city details of a partially revealed city I get a reproducible crash.  Below are links to the debug, dump, and saved files.

To reproduce load the save game provided.  Find the sovereign Brian and click on the edge of the partially revealed city of Imperium.  Now click on the circle in the lower left corner to try to bring up the details of the city.  Boom crash.  At first I thought it had something to do with the frozen bones spell, but no.  It seems to be because the city is partially obscured.  If I move closer and see the whole city, it works fine.
