Reviving this gem for Windows 8

While KeepSafe was excellent for XP, and it remained unfortunately 32-bit only, Windows 8 has removed Previous Versions and replaced it with a crappy "File History" that does not save only the diffs, and supports only files from LIBARIES making it BLOATED and useless. I want a tool like KeepSafe that saves only the diffs for my 64-bit Windows 8. So maybe Stardock can update this gem for 64-bit Windows XP/Vista/7/8?

And yes, I need support for 64-bit applications like Notepad, my 64-bit icon editor etc on 64-bit Windows.
