Good Morning Island Dog and Jafo - again. 
This has been "one of those mornings." I do love computers - most of the time. 
Here is the tracking protection add-on that caused the problem. It is called Abine and here is the link to their web site:
http://www.abine.com/tpl/abinekidsteens.txt. It has now been removed and all seems well again. Knew it had to be something simple - unlike the router issues
