Creating a custom Faction:
When in strengths tab if you select an attribute other descriptions don't appear until you go to another tab and come back. Also, Legacy of Serrane, which effects caravans, should be removed as there are no caravans.
There are still caravans. They're automatically created whenever you complete a trade treaty. I believe they are still able to be attacked as well, though I haven't done it yet.
