For me, it's RealOne Player (on allllll the time), Photoshop 7, and Dreamweaver MX.

And on the mac: Well I guess it's not really a program, but I'd have to say the actual OS itself

Well, my list is almost unchanced:

Graphics:
- PSP7 (v8 sucks - crashes all the time for me)

Skin Apps:
- Hoverdesk (still and will never change)
- WinAmp 2.9X

Browser:
- MyIE2 (iNet-Tabs ate mem for breakfast/lunch/dinner/night cap)

Filemanager:
- Total Commander (FKA Windows Commander - the first thing I install after re-installing Windows - Windows Explorer still sucks)

As far as a file manager I want an up to date version of the one that shipped with Windows 3.11 for workgroups it was fast, simple, had two panes and all the power you really need for quick file work...

For those of you that wish Windows could have double panes, check out this site, and look for FolderBox. Check out OpenEdit also. They're both free for personal use. Wonderful little tools.  http://www.baxbex.com/products.html

For me it's a tossup between ACDSee and Notepad... I guess ACDSee would be harder to replace. I can't stand the "preview" viewer built in to XP. It pisses me off that it's the default for double clicks on graphics files, I just rebuilt my system and I can't remember how to disable it.

I like Tweak XP Pro myself. It's the best way I've seen to tweak winXP. And, Norton Internet Security Professional is great too.

I used to use ACDSee, but since I have XP, I just use the thumnail view and the image preview feature built in. It does what I used ACDSee for, so got no reason for ACDSee anymore.
