Played a game to the end today and this is the feed back I jotted down while playing.
I had a great time playing. Not saying much on balance because it's easy to get it wrong with only one game played, but maul + retaliate is win 
AI seemed weak in this game I didn't meet any factions for a long time due to slightly weird map but they didn't seem to have done much.
One enemy kept sending heroes and units not as armies but as singles even though they were next to each other in a line. WHen they did send a n armu the sovereign was there as well bu she was not in the army. Instead trailing one step behind the army.
One faction seemed to have fought monsters a lot because all their champions had many scars, missing ears etc.
Issues

End turn button is highlighted very inconistently. It's often highlighted when it's not actually end of turn and sometimes its on after I press end of turn.

Quest start location staying on map after quest done. If I enter that square again nothing happens. The quest location was "Odd Hut".

Health bars on icons in unit display (top left corner) shows full health when the unis are damaged. This seem to fix itself on next turn.

Entered combat with a neutral champion npc. The initially active unit, in the queue, was "mass curse". The active unit was the enemy champion. I could do nothing at this point and the enemy champion never finished his turn. I was able to complete the battle by hitting autoresolve to end.

Choosing build on forest drake camp causes the camp to disappear from the map (missing ar asset?) still seem to be there though. Black square on cloth map. Once the forest drake camp was built it didn't seem to do anything.
Improvements
- In the terrain info area show move cost. It's very annoying not knowing move cost before you move. Also move path would be good (on tactical map as well).
- If you save using a save name already used it should ask if you want to overwite the previous save.
- Tooltips in the options menu, some options are not obvious, especially to those that haven't played ewom.
- It would be nice if you could see in the unit display (top left) which units have move point left.
- Remapping of keys, or at least a list of all shortcut keys. In particular I'd like to be able to remap the rotate map key.
- There should be a mention in the hiergamemnon(spells) on how to dispel strategic spells. And each strategic spell should probably mention it as well in the description.
- Your units may get attacked while you're doing something else like building in a city or planning research. I guess this is due to the multi threading ai. However, it would be good if any enemy attacks were resolved before I'm able to start my next turn.
- If you rotate the camera 180d in tactical battles the nameplates of enemies you mouse over end up under your cursor making it difficult to target them for attacks and such.
- An enemy sovereign had used blood curse and had lots of hp, unfortunately the ai didn't seem to understand the no natural healing because it had only 1hp out of a 170.
Balance
- Leather greaves give +2 armor and cost 90. Leather helmet gives +1 armor and cost 120 (it weighs less but still seem expensive compared to greaves).
Performance
- When you scroll long lists in the hiergamemnon the game freezzes for a coupl of seconds frequently and repeatedly.
