The trait Organized allow all units in the sovereign's stack to move at the sovereign movement points. So, pretty damn good. So good in fact that every sovereign I ever make always have this skill. Dare I say, Organized is better than most other traits combined.

Issue: The idea behind picking traits is the kid in the candy store analogy. You want everything but what you can get is limited, so choose wisely. The "problem" so to speak is picking Organized is a no-brainer.

Related issue: All the plus to movement items are worthless on all your heroes as they do not have the Organized trail. Unless they are solo of course, but that is suicide outside of the beginning of the game.

Proposed solution: Have the sovereign and all heroes have this trait by default. The sovereign might as well have it as you will always take it regardless. Having the heroes also have it puts a greater importance on having heroes (a good thing) for army speed, a greater value on plus movement items and less reliance on the teleport spell.
