Game starts but graphics are messed up

That game starts but I just get a white screen, then the main menu screen just has a bunch of number and letter on it.  Have updated drivers and game, but does the same thing no matter what I try.  Any help is appreciated.

Sorry but your video card does not meet the game's minimum requirements. The listed requirement is a Radeon x1600, though the game may work (slowly) on any that at least supports DirectX 9.0c. As the 9250 is only a DirectX 8 card, it just can't handle it. You will need to upgrade or play on a different machine.
