Im in tactical combat with another sovereign.

Ive killed Magnar III and all my units have spent their points at which point im not able to end turn nor take any other actions.

End turn is greyed out, if i select my units i get the blue squares etc but not able to issue commands.

Esc does not bring up the menu.
