This is from my game on tiny map, easy, early in the game.
I check diplomacy for a research treaty or trading treaty. I have a perceived value of 8 he has 9. Next turn I check again I have 8 he has 150 or something. Happens with all other factions and a few turns later they are back to normal values. A couple of more turns and there back to huge amounts again.
Any ideas?
