The OS is using them but not in the explorer windows?
all that OD 2 blathering is knocking me down...

I believe thats a limitation of explorer in Windows 7. It draws its own scrollbars rather than using a normal control and Microsoft didn't bother with the corner piece.
You should see the same with Aero if you compare explorer to taskmanager.
Oh well...its such a little thing...it will be missed.
