I was interested in taking Torch Bearers 2 passive skills. 1.)Perma Frost or something where it slows down enemies and 2.)fireaura or something that speeds up the torch bearer.
I was thinking that if you take both of these abilities they would both be active at the same time but now it seems like only one is active depending what form you are in. anyone know anything about this?
