It's not a public beta. You will have to wait for the retail release date of April 14th.

Online translators...    I had to backport this through Babel Fish to work out what was originally meant.

 

Nein, du kannst nicht.  Aber die Spiele auf den Markt bringen in zwei Woche (mein Deutsch ist nicht sehr gut).

 

I'm guessing he's German from his nickname.  If I'm wrong then never mind it was nice practice (I haven't done any German in years)

The beta was previously available to anyone who preordered the game, but access for new players closed a while ago.

Thats a reference to Arby N the Chief. It's a very funny series of vids on youtube look it up.
