i just recently purchased a new acer 22" monitor (x223w) and now in sins the text is fuzzy but if i turn the full screen gamma down it becomes fine but obviously  then my screen becomes to dark  i was going to post some screen shots of it but in a screenshot it appears fine? so is there anyway to turn up the brightness while the gamma is turned down? while in sins

my graphics card drivers are up to date (9600gt) and so are the monitor drivers and colour profile

any help please or if anoyone has the same monitor  please help!
