Do u know this StarGateA theme ?

Look at the picture and tell me what theme is it

First of all Hello,

 

I found a picture on the net, a SciFi one, based on Stargate Atlants TV series, and i think it`s made for Windows Blinds.

 

I just want to know the name of the theme or who made it, or if a user can recreate this cool theme.
