well basically I formated my comp but only the windows part of it and when i tried playing it said i had to reactivate it wasting a 2nd activation of how many i got to begin with but id like to save all that i can for later on problems so can i like redeem 1 or am i screwed and my maximum limit went down.
you get unlimited activations.
You should have click the original Demigod icon, click uninstall and reinstall through that though.
Yes you get unlimited activations. But now there are 2 Demigod icons in my games. If you do the above you won't have 2 icons.

I didn't get this exact problem but when I went to update it said I hadn't activated it yet. After reactivating everything worked fine.
