Once multiplicity is running :

starting multipl.exe with the command line option -switchscreen screenname , the running main app should switch to the screen in question.

example :

C:\Program Files\Stardock\ThinkDesk\Multiplicity\multipl.exe -switchscreen vistamain

why....

People with a keyboard that can configure extra keys  ( most new keyboards) don't have to assign key combinations to the extra keys but can instead make the extra key launch an app (multipl with command line switchscreen in this case)..
This prevents function keys messing up running software by triggering all sorts of functions that are under the ctrl- Fx and alt Fx keys...
