Two (n00b) questions.  I jsut bought the game and need to know a. How the heck do you build LEVconstruction frigates as the TEC.  I have a frigate facility built but dont see them as an option.  I have the three i started the game with and need more and b. If I have a mission to destroy a players ships, if I hire pirates to attack that empire do I get credit on my mission from the pirate kills?

a) you dont have to build them. They just spawn every 30 seconds(300 in battle). AND they are for free
If you need more you have to upgrade the tactical or logistic slots on the planet.
Its the same for the advent and vasabi too.
No the Pirates are a party on their own. If you pay them you do what the other players offer to you as "missions".
