replays does not equel skins

Thank you for your recent upload of your 1v1 Replay pirate turnaround for Sins Replays
Unfortunately your upload has not met our guidelines and has been rejected.
However we do look forward to your future submissions.

I try to upload a replay through the button that leads me toward a place that is set up for uploading skins (which is odd) and then after 5 days i get this vague, ambiguous and confusing response? Im talking about submissions through the form presented after clicking the third button from the left Over Here.
I dont understand.

Unless for some reason the moderation system is sending out the default messages despite customization, it should have had a message to the effect that you need to use an appropriate image, and a link to the guidelines sticky. For a replay, this would be a screenshot of the map during the game, the end-game stats, etc. Random images not related to the upload are not appropriate.

Also strange that you only got it today--the message was sent the day after you posted the replay (Saturday).
