I've only played some 3 games now after the tutorials so I'm not very experienced as to the cause here but a couple things seem strange...

The screen drifting on it's own:
So it seems from time to time somehow a unit, or group of units, gets 'tracked' without me trying to track them. As an example some units warp into a system and all the sudden I am tracking them and the screen is following them, while i am trying to manage other things. But this happens at different places and at different times and I can't really figure out the cause. To untrack, I have to hold down the middle mouse button and drag real quick to break the apparent tracking then all is fine until it happens another time. It seems like something is fishy cause I can't see a pattern of how it is happening. Surely I am not selecting units to be tracked and if I am somehow by mistake then that should probably be looked at because it happens often enough to be irritating. Anyone else notice this periodically?

Zooming:
My next thing is a wierd zooming issue where if I pull back fast on the mouse wheel, i start to zoom out and then snap right back to where I was. It actually may be related to the above issue, something maybe is being tracked at that time I don't know. Most of the time zoom works fine but at times when I really pull back fast in the heat of battle it was like it was stuck or just kept snapping back, until I slowed down in zooming then all was ok. I have a Logitech MX518 and I have never witnessed any HW issues with this kind of behaviour, I use my mouse wheel constantly with no wierd issues and I do play SupCom so zooming like this is nothing new. Anyone else?

Sorry I can't be more specific as to the cause or find ways to repeat it, just felt inspired to come share what I am seeing, maybe others can chime in if they have similar experiences. If we are going to look at a possible software issue I do have XP installed and I do logitech setpoint drivers 4.00.121.
