Just sitting around with all the family, wearing red and white, drinking a "cold one" - doesn't get much better than this !! Oh wait, yeah it does, tomorrow (Monday) is the real holiday - NO WORK !!

Happy Canada Day from Winnipeg!!!!

It's cloudy and looks like we'll see a bit of rain today here in the "peg" but hey it's Canada Day - even the weather won't bring us down today (unless we get another string of freak tornado activity like last weekend (9 tornado's hit southern manitoba last weekend - thankfully none in wpg, 1 of them was an F4 and I heard that it lasted nearly 30min., the others were F3's - wicked stuff, 9 in 1 weekend)

Here's wishing an early Happy 4th of July to all of our American neighbors!!!
