Do the DL and DA mods go in the same directory?
When you first install, DA may try to share the same folder, but this can be problematic. I'd suggest hitting the Change Folder button in the options and clicking the Default button at the bottom of that popup, which should jog it into creating its own mods folder structure separate from DL's.
